Hip Nordic can be experienced from 16/11 to 3/12 2005 at Danish Dance Theatre at Folketeatret, Nørregade 39 in the center of Copenhagen. The theatre is situated only two minuttes walk from Nørreport Station.
The artistic director of Danish Dance Theatre has invited 4 progressive nordic choreographers to work with his acclaimed dancers. The 4 choreographers are Helena Franzén (S), Susanna Leinonen (FIN), Pernille Bønkan Kvam (N) og Jens Bjerregaard (DK). The result has been 4 short pieces focusing on the physics of the body.
Hip Nordic will be performed at the stage Hippodromen at Folketeatret Wednesdays, Thursdays , Fridays and Saturdays:
