One of Denmark’s leading pianists live on stage in RED

An agreement has now been made with the leading young pianist, Tanja Zapolski. Tanja is a modern-inspired classical pianist, and she will be playing Beethoven’s 32 variations in C minor Wo080 in connection with the performance ‘Red’.

Tanja has established herself as a renewer of classical traditions and a challenger of genre boundaries.

She performs with, among others, her Piano/Saxophone/Percussion trio Zoom, and has made the CD "If Power Asks Why", together with Martin Hall and the Mezzo-Soprano Andrea Pellegrini. Tanja makes up one half of the Piano Duo with pianist Rikke Sandberg, and their CD "The Piano Duo - Symbiosis" with Copenhagen Phil was released in 2012.
